FSPN Mindfulness Monday 4: Breathe

One of the simplest and most effective ways to practice mindfulness, pay ing attention to what’s here, right now, is to simply focus on your breathing. Intentionally focusing on breath for 30 seconds to a minute releases happy chemicals which can reduce stress and provide a sense of calm. Simple Box Breathing is a great place to start.
