After an impressive 13 year career in foodservice on the manufacturer side of the business, in January of 2019 Chelsea Rae Stuck stepped out of the familiar to pursue her passion, offering marketing consulting and brand-building to multiple channels in the world of hospitality through her firm Craeve & Company.
