If you know her, call her a friend or a colleague, it’s no surprise that Jen (Bolt) Bolton goes by BOLT. The 2020 FE&S DSR of the Year, she provides what seems to be an endless source of energy for her customers, her company Avanti Restaurant Solutions and her family.
