Louise O’Sullivan is a pioneer in every sense of the word. As the first female President in the history of the Dover Corporation, first female President of NAFEM in 1991 and having been the first woman to start an industrial buying group designed to help manufacturers source raw materials and components collectively and efficiently, she broke every barrier that society put in front of her. (And if you are CFSP Certified, you have Louise to thank.) Having won virtually every award our industry has to offer, and now a North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) Award which bears her name, she’s nothing less than a foodservice LEGEND. Today through her company, Lo’s Consulting, she uses her experience and insight to consult with and speak to companies on helping their employees flourish, especially the women.
