When the best restaurants and chefs in the country (Eleven Madison Park, Gramercy Tavern, Chef Jose Andres) need training on butchering meat, they bring in Adam Danforth. Adam is a James Beard Award winning author for his, “Butchering” books, and is currently serving an even bigger mission. When Adam’s community in Ashland, Oregon lost 2,400 homes this summer from the Oregon Fires, Adam started Rogue Food Unites, to help bring food to the 4,000 homeless and 42,000 displaced people in his town. You’ll be inspired by both his commitment to being the best at his craft, and his commitment to serve his community.
