As we shut back down in parts of the country, I’ve had many reach out who are struggling. It’s important to know that this too shall pass and despite many things feeling outside of our control right now, we have more control over our attitudes and outcomes than we realize. In the hopes of encouraging you wherever you find yourself mentally, emotionally, personally and professionally right now, I’ll share my mental health journey and the WHY behind the Foodservice Powerplant Network. And… after my story, we’ll have time to bring some cheer together with a special foodservice friend (Craig Wilson of American Recruiters) lead the way in song and spirit.
