Jensen Cummings has almost seen it all in foodservice. As an Executive Chef, he helped open and has run some of the most iconic and well known restaurants in Denver. As a Certified Cicerone (Beer Sommelier), he’s taken his love of beer and fermentation and partnered beer techniques with food to create Brewed Food where he partners with chefs around the country to combine two unique skillsets into one incredible product. He and his wife have servant hearts and have helped raise over $2 Million for charity and started Heroes Like Us, to support the culinary event efforts of organizations focused on food access. In addition to all of this, he’s the founder of Best Served Creative (a consulting and connecting firm) and host of Best Served Podcast… a video podcast series which tells the stories of our heroes in hospitality.
