Hello Patricia. I have included you in an email I sent this morning to Karri Lough, your technical/warranty partner and local partner that supports the Sacramento CA region. My
CEO purchased a propane deep fryer with his personal funds so we could use for both business and personal events. We are now over two months into it never working. I have followed the process as instructed by Karri. Commercial Appliance (technical/warranty) passed me off to a local company(itfeg is within their email address). Company has never responded to my emails and now I cannot get the Commercial Appliance person to respond. Karri is looking into it but that too is starting to drag on.
